Our Signature Cheese & Wine Tasting ($119pp) includes a guided experience of five world class cheeses paired with five great Australian wines. We'll share the story of each cheese, along with tips for selecting cheese and perfecting wine pairings. The events will be hosted in the Epicure dining room, with sessions available on Thursday, Saturday and Sundays on a rotating calendar across the year.

Each session is limited to 8 guests, so may book out quickly. If you have 4 or more guests to book in, we recommend getting in touch so we can find availability for your group. If you have a group of 8, we can create a slot for you outside of these dates and times (subject to availability) and you will have a private class.

More dates will be added regularly, so check back if these don't suit you. We will host approximately 3 tastings per month on a rotating calendar of Thursday evenings, Saturday evenings and Sunday afternoons.
