Monk's Lane Olive Oil is produced on a small family farm in Mount Hunter, NSW, with a small grove of 1000 trees established in nutrient rich soil. The oil is cold pressed only once, while the olives are unripe. This process means yields are low, but only the highest quality oil is extracted, with a high concentration of polyphenols linking this superfood to a long list of remarkable health benefits. 

The olive oil has been bottled in a stunning ceramic vessel that keeps the oil fresh and protected from light damage, and is a beautiful addition to your table or kitchen.
