How do I place an order?


Visit our Online Store to view our online range, add items to your cart and finalise your order. If you require assistance, please call us on 02 4655 4336. 

You can also visit our bricks & mortar store in Camden NSW to browse our full range, purchase cheese, have lunch or discuss catering and event styling.

 

Is your full range available for sale online?

No

Can I buy cheese online?

Not right now, however we do offer phone ordering for cheese deliveries in most of NSW and ACT.  Due to its perishable nature, our methods for shipping cheese are a little more complex and require a human-human conversation. Also, our collection of cheese is always in flux so we prefer to discuss the selection with you in person. Please contact us to enquire.

Can I have cheese delivered?
Yes. We offer phone ordering and a monthly cheese subscription service. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa/MasterCard/Debit payments for online payments via Stripe

We can also accept AMEX payments over the phone. A 3% surcharge to AMEX payments.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, EFTPOS, Amex and Cash payments in store.

How long will it take for my order to be arrive?

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for estimated time frames for delivery. Please note that extra wait times can apply to large orders or at peak periods like Christmas. Please contact us before you place your order if you need your item delivered by a specific date and we will do our best to help. 

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Due to Health & Safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for orders containing food items unless they are deemed faulty, damaged in transit or supplied incorrectly. Please choose carefully and if you are unsure, don't hesitate to contact us to ask any questions: our team are always happy to assist. 

We can happily exchange or refund any lifestyle items (non food items) if you change your mind. Just bear in mind you will be required to pay for return shipping, as well as shipping on any new items to be dispatched. 

Can I send a hamper overseas?

Sometimes, however you cannot order online. Please send us a message detailing where you'd like to send the hamper, and we will get back to you. We typically tailor the hamper to the region (as some countries won't allow certain items) and exclude sensitive items like chocolate and dairy. On request, we can make an 'Australiana' hamper so you can send a taste of Australia overseas. Shipping rates will depend on the destination but typically start from $65.00.

How do I know if my order has been confirmed?

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your payment has been processed. If you haven't received this email, your order most likely hasn't been finalised. If your payment has been processed but you have not received an email, please contact us immediately.

What happens after I place my order?

We'll process your order as soon as we can. Once we've received your order, we will pack your items, package your order and book the courier to collect. Depending on what time of day you place your order, your order could be dispatched on the same day or the following day. Some extended processing times occur at peak periods like Christmas. You will receive a dispatch notification once the courier has collected your parcel and it is on its way to you. This email contains tracking information, and you will receive an update on the day of delivery.  

Can I customise my own hamper?

Yes. Our signature hampers can be personalised by selecting particular flavours or varieties of the fixed inclusions. You can also create a bespoke hamper combining any of the items you see online and adding "Gift Packaging" in the checkout section. Alternatively, get in touch to have one of our Gift Curators assist you with a personally tailored hamper. 

Can I order a large number of hampers for Corporate Gifting?

Yes! We specialise in Corporate and Business to Business Gifting. We recommend getting in touch directly for large orders as processing times and delivery schedules differ to one off orders.We can offer personalisation, custom branding and volume discounts for large orders.
