This product has been developed by Master Chef Tetsuya Wakuda, with quality Italian black truffles. It is famously used in Tetsuya's Truffle Butter, which you can recreate at home using this paste, softened butter and parmesan cheese. 


It can be tossed through pasta for an exquisite hint of truffles, or a teaspoon added to scrambled eggs to lift the simplest of meals. Simply stunning.
